Lifecare estimates that comparable in-house infrastructure would require investments of more than NOK 30 million.

The acquisition is expected to reduce investment needs, implementation time and project risk.

Captured may also receive an earn-out of approximately NOK 5.23 million if a defined clinical milestone is reached within three years. The transaction requires, among other things, certain third-party approvals and final approval from Lifecare’s board of directors. Completion is expected shortly after the conditions have been met.
